« Absolute spectacular place! Will definitely stay again! »

« No problem with Captain Wohlt’s although I did find out that the rooms are spread around town a little. Our room was about 2 blocks from the check in office. Different, but not an issue. The location was within easy walking distance of the downtown area and Missouri River, and the room parking is immediately adjacent to the house we had a room in. Rooms are refurbished, clean, with good amenities. “Captain Wohlt” himself is quite nice and accommodating. »

« The room is so pretty! Beds were very comfy and air conditioner worked really good. We liked having soap/shampoo/conditioner/body was in the containers on the wall. Would have liked more hooks to hang clothing and at least a couple of drawers instead of the all open cubbies. Staff was very friendly, breakfast looked good but we had breakfast at the event we were attending so did not eat at the hotel. »

« The property owners Larry and Linda are the absolute best! They are so welcoming and accommodating. The house holds so much history and was very interesting to tour. The rooms were very clean and the space was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was homemade, delicious and enjoyed by all. They do have a hot tub although we did not use it. Very beautiful property. I would highly recommend this place. »

« They are fraudulent establishment they will do what they can to keep your deposit. They lied about me breaking a window in room 253 I had a big mirror fall off the wall when I sat down I caught it as it hit my head . now they they say I broke a window I didn't even look out the window. I have to go to court house to file a claim. 08 10 2026. »

« It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot. There was perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and really moist corn muffins with homemade mango preservers! We were welcomed with fresh, homemade plum bread.
